Terms of Service
By downloading or using Weektrace, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
1. The service
Weektrace is a calendar-based time-tracking app. Core features work entirely on your device without an account. Optional features include an account for cloud backup/sync (part of the paid "Pro" tier) and a read-only connection to your Google Calendar.
2. Accounts
- You may create an account with an email address and password. Keep your credentials secure; you are responsible for activity under your account.
- You must provide accurate information and be legally capable of entering into this agreement.
- You can stop using the service at any time. To delete your account and associated cloud data, contact support@weektrace.com.
3. Your content
- Everything you record in Weektrace (events, categories, tasks, notes) is yours. We claim no ownership.
- If you enable cloud sync, you grant us the limited right to store and transmit your content solely to operate the sync/backup service. We do not use your content for advertising, profiling, or training.
- You can export your data at any time with the in-app backup feature.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Pro features are sold as an auto-renewing subscription billed through Google Play. Prices are shown in the app/store before purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless cancelled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. Manage or cancel anytime in Google Play → Subscriptions; cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period.
- Refunds are handled according to Google Play's refund policies and applicable consumer law.
- If a price changes, you will be notified in advance through Play's standard mechanism and may cancel before it takes effect.
5. Google Calendar integration
- Connecting Google Calendar is optional and grants Weektrace read-only access, which you can revoke at any time in the app (Settings → Google Calendar) or in your Google account settings.
- Your use of Google services remains governed by Google's own terms and policies.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to: misuse, disrupt, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the service or other users' data; resell the service; or use it for unlawful purposes. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute the app except as permitted by law.
7. Intellectual property
The app, its design, and its code are the property of the developer. These terms grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the app on your devices.
8. Disclaimers
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation, nor that synced data will always be available — keep your own exports of important data. Weektrace is a productivity tool and does not provide professional advice of any kind.
9. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the developer's total liability for any claims arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these terms limits rights that applicable consumer-protection law grants you and that cannot be waived.
10. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access for material breach of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time. Sections 3 and 7–9 survive termination.
11. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms; material changes will be announced in the app or release notes with the updated effective date. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
12. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of China (Taiwan), without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence remain unaffected.

下載或使用 Weektrace 即表示你同意本條款；若不同意，請勿使用本 App。
1. 服務內容
Weektrace 是以行事曆為核心的時間記錄 App。核心功能完全在裝置上運作、無需帳號。選用功能包括：帳號（雲端備份／同步，屬付費「Pro」方案）與 Google 日曆唯讀連結。
2. 帳號
- 你可以用 Email 與密碼建立帳號。請妥善保管帳號憑證；帳號下的活動由你負責。
- 你須提供正確資訊，並具備締結本條款的法律行為能力。
- 你可隨時停止使用本服務。如需刪除帳號與雲端資料，請來信 support@weektrace.com。
3. 你的內容
- 你在 Weektrace 記錄的一切（事件、類別、待辦、筆記）屬於你，我們不主張任何所有權。
- 啟用雲端同步時，你授予我們僅為提供同步／備份服務所需的有限儲存與傳輸權利。我們不會將你的內容用於廣告、剖繪或模型訓練。
- 你隨時可用 App 內建匯出功能備份資料。
4. 訂閱與計費
- Pro 功能以自動續訂的訂閱制銷售，經 Google Play 計費；價格於購買前在 App／商店明示。
- 訂閱在當期結束前至少 24 小時未取消即自動續訂。可隨時於 Google Play → 訂閱管理或取消；取消於已付費期間結束時生效。
- 退款依 Google Play 退款政策與適用之消費者保護法規辦理。
- 價格調整將透過 Play 標準機制事前通知，你可在生效前取消。
5. Google 日曆整合
- 連結 Google 日曆為選用功能，授權範圍為唯讀；你可隨時在 App（設定 → Google Calendar）或 Google 帳戶設定中撤銷。
- 你對 Google 服務的使用仍受 Google 自身條款與政策規範。
6. 合理使用
你同意不會：濫用、干擾本服務，或試圖未經授權存取本服務或其他使用者的資料；轉售本服務；或將其用於非法目的。除法律允許外，不得複製、修改或散布本 App。
7. 智慧財產權
本 App 及其設計與程式碼屬開發者所有。本條款授予你個人、非專屬、不可轉讓的使用授權。
8. 免責聲明
本服務以「現狀」提供。我們不保證服務不中斷、無錯誤，亦不保證雲端資料隨時可用——重要資料請自行定期匯出。Weektrace 為生產力工具，不提供任何形式的專業建議。
9. 責任限制
在法律允許的最大範圍內，開發者就本服務所生請求之全部責任，以你於請求發生前 12 個月內支付之金額為上限。本條款不影響依消費者保護法規你享有且不得拋棄之權利。
10. 終止
若你重大違反本條款，我們得暫停或終止你的存取；你亦可隨時停止使用。第 3、7–9 條於終止後仍然有效。
11. 條款變更
我們可能更新本條款；重大變更將於 App 或更新說明公告並更新生效日期。變更生效後繼續使用即視為同意。
12. 準據法
本條款以中華民國（台灣）法律為準據法，不適用其法律衝突規範。你居住地強制性消費者保護規定不受影響。
